Works great; convenient & informative info available In Case of an Emergency.

This is a great app for me to have my emergency contact available as I live alone, and away from my family.

Gives me confidence that I would receive proper care in the event of an emergency.

Ive had this app for several years now. It has been a lifesaver!! All my conditions, meds and emergency contacts, right at my fingertips. I have severe PTSD and Anxiety. When Im having a bad episode, my kids, coworkers and friends can look at my phone and call my contacts. Ended up in the ER because of my Diabetes and was unable to speak. ER staff opened up my phone, seen all my info and gave me the correct medication. Thank you so much for creating this great app.

The one time I had to call an ambulance, we didnt use my phone, however my sister opened the app to give to the paramedics. They were thrilled and thought the App gave them everything they needed without having to ask me a lot of questions.

I liked this app ! You always have your medication on you @ all time ! It comes in handy if you , have too visit a new doctor for the first time... Love it .....

Most folks have locked phones and iPads, Etc. Initially fill in only very critical and contact info. Then take screen shot which you can overlay on opening screen. Only then go back and fill in current Rx etc. Also suggest you check it periodically, as my info got erased at some point - probably during upgrade. Screen shot still in place! Wish there was a way to list info for spouse and aging parents separately. If there is, I havent found it. Rating it less than 5 stars for reasons cited above. Very important for non users to access info. Glad they made a away available, but not sure most folks will "get it". This is a great tool that was recommended to me by a nurse. However, if you dont go the screen shot route, medical personnel might not be able to unlock your device to get to crucial info

From imlynnadok. Ive had this app since it first came out. The concept is exceptional and provides the means to input any and all of the personal medical information Emergency First Responders or ER personnel could need. I originally gave this app 5 stars. Ive had significant, life altering health and medication changes. I have followed step by step the instructions in the FAQ/Support section attempting to edit my information to no avail. I even spent just shy of 2 hours with an Apple tech following all the instructions re: how to edit my information. Still no success. The straw that broke the camels back--- I have sent not 1 or 2 but 3 messages via the contact link. I have not received a single reply. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Im tempted to delete the app from my iPhone just to prevent Emergency Responders from getting no longer correct information which could be problematic in treating me.

I hate that its portrait mode. I filled in my details on the iPhone but they dont show up on the iPad. Not impressed so far.

I was recently diagnosed with A Fib and hypertension. The scary part is that I dont have pain to alert me when Im having an episode. I have to accept some very real effects of my age and weight, this app was easy to use and would immediately alert a first responder to my medical issues and allergies!

Please add "Organ Donor" as a category to show emergency personnel. Seconds matter.

Nice to have this just as in case. But dont know how anyone would access it without my password to get to apps!

This app allows me to enter all my needed medical information, so that in case of an emergency the people attending to my emergency will have the needed information.

To make this app useful it should be top left app on your home page, so people can find it quickly. Everyone should have this app. Not only is it great in an emergency, it holds your insurance info so that if you dont have your card with you, you are still covered.

Great App and very easy to use. Nice to have a list of all of my meds on my phone. Very handy.
